Gene Glickman has a doctorate in musical composition from Indiana University, where he minored in folk music. He has created more than 200 choral arrangements, some based on Pete Seeger’s songs. Among the choruses he has conducted and made arrangements for was The New York Street Singers, which Seeger started and in which he sang bass.
